As Account Value Partner for Roche Diagnostic Thailand, you play a key role in supporting all activities relating to the sale of the Roche's diagnostic products within an assigned territory or geographic region which complies with applicable laws in providing physicians with literature also provides expertise and customer service to accounts. Reporting to Account Value Lead
Your Opportunity:
You define and own medical education event / KOLs engagement strategy.
You gather and analyze insights to co-create solutions with management team of hospital/ KOLs/ key customer
You are accountable for achieving budgeted sales while keeping costs under control.
You seek out opportunities in key accounts and lead/ organize the promotion activity or RD product/ solution presentation it key accounts in order to achieve sales growth.
You develop sales plan, implement territory & key account plans which align with marketing plan. It demonstrates effective time management and prioritization.
Who you are:
You hold a Bachelor's degree in in Medical Technologist and 5+ years of work experience related field
You are able to work in upcountry
A proficient language skill in Thai and good command of spoken and written English
You have deep understanding of business drivers, products, local market and competition.
You can influence at all levels and to position/sell ideas to client group and manage expectations in line with agreed portfolio also builds trustful and effective relationships
You are able to find the creative solutions to complex problems also take responsibility, drives results and achieves expected outcomes
