We have a balanced hybrid working model to ensure you get the flexibility you need, and the successful candidate will spend their time between working in the office and working from home.

Role/ Department:
This professional will join Accounting Operations team under general direction of senior team members. He/she will work to understand and apply processes used by different workstreams and functions when completing tasks that will provide a varied and hands-on exposure to many areas of Accounting, Finance, Reporting & Controls. Additionally, the successful professional is expected to identify and communicate process improvement opportunities to his/her Managers and will be required to perform research and analysis as issues arise.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

Accounting Processes to be Handled:- General Accounting including Prepayments and Suspense Account Clearing,

Fixed Assets & Software Accounting Maintenance and Reporting

Intercompany Settlements

Lease Accounting

Fee Income Accounting

Accounts Payable

Functional Control Functions that consist of source system reconciliation, account servicing loss reconciliation, cash management accruals and other functional related control tasks and validations


Processes – Performs processes aligned with the company’s policies and procedures. Assists in identifying potential process improvements including automation opportunities, and communicates those improvements to the senior team members.
Learning – Eagerness to learn through on-the-job training and coaching from senior team members.
Communication – Attends meetings with various internal and external partners, and develops working relationships with those partners. Ability to effectively communicate in both written and verbal forms.
Projects – Will assist with certain project or any routine research and analysis as required.


Skills/ Qualifications:

Knowledgeable with PeopleSoft, SAP or other similar ERP, preferred but not required

Working knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS

Advanced knowledge in MS office applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Strong analytical and detail oriented

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge and experience in project management and/or process improvement methodologies would be an advantage

Candidate must at least be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred but not required

A minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Audit or other Finance roles


Work Schedule/Location:
Willing to work in any of the shift below:
5:00AM - 2:00PM or 1:00PM - 10:00PM
Mondays to Fridays
BGC, Taguig City, Philippines
