What You Will Achieve

Your financial skills will help in examining, verifying and analyzing business records and transactions concerning financial status and operating procedures based on historical costs. You will also analyze the costs of operations and perform traditional general accounting functions. You will analyze inventory and cost accounts, monitor and control SKU master data. You will analyst and perform Intercompany accruals between inter-companies, provide F2C support and BSA comment for inventory accounts.

You are recognized as an advisor to other colleagues in your group due to your comprehensive knowledge and skills in finance and accounting, and your understanding of the larger organization. You are innovative in identifying solutions to problems by taking a broader perspective that benefits the organization. You encourage collaboration and communication within the team and across groups to influence desired outcomes. You train others and provide guidance to the team that helps us achieve our goal of providing the best healthcare to patients.

How You Will Achieve It

Contribute to the completion of project milestones and organize own work to meet project task deadlines.Identify issues proactively and communicate to manager along with potential range of solutions.Prepare financial and accounting analysis completely and accurately.Maintain elements of domestic and/or international general ledgers including the preparation of journal entries and balance sheet account reconciliations.Maintain accurate and up-to-date Work Instructions, Job Aids and Desktop Procedures documentation.Collaborate with stakeholders and colleagues of diverse backgrounds, including different departments, cultures, business units and countries.Lead selects activities involving the month end close, take initiative to understand complex problems and consistently meet deadlines with little to no assistance.Lead the implementation of continuous improvement projects.Engage directly with business partners on routine activities and deliverables.Work independently to produce standard and regular reports as required for the operation.Assist in providing key support for internal and external related audit activities, including the timely and accurate delivery of audit requests.Prepare complete and accurate standard operating procedures and Sarbanes-Oxley related internal control documentation involving new activities and/or process changes as required.

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)

Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, finance or relatedDemonstrated experience in finance or accounting with the ability to deal with numbers accuratelyProficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel, Word, and PowerPointFluency in English speaking and writing, B2Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailEffective communication skills, both written and verbalProven ability to maintain professionalism and possesses the ability to interface with all levels of colleagues
