We are seeking a talented individual to join our Controllership team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Singapore. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

Perform financial reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.Prepare financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.Assist in the coordination and execution of the annual audit process, including liaising with external auditorsLiaise with external tax agents to provide necessary documentation and information for tax preparation and filing.Support the integration of legal entities by assisting with financial data consolidation, reconciliations, and reporting.Contribute to the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures to enhance financial controls and efficiency.Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to management.Support the team with AR/AP activities when requiredCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support various financial projects and initiatives.

What you need to have:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Proficiency in financial reconciliation processes and techniques.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
