What You'll Do

As part of the Accounting Team, you will be responsible for providing financial, administrative, and clerical support to the management by analyzing accounting data, preparing reports, making and documenting accounting entries, as well as supporting local financing projects.

 

Support of accounting team by:

Booking expensesAP weekly payments and suppliers’ setupClose work and support with the shared service center in IndiaForeign VAT claims support and coordinationMonthly account reconciliationMonthly closing tasks (accruals, prepayments, reclassifications, revaluations, etc.)IC & 3rd party invoicingSupport for the implementation of SAP and Coupa for AP, IC, and expensesMonthly cost analysisPreparation and submission of statistical reportsBack-up for team members during vacationsSupport for ad-hoc projects

What You'll Bring
