Accountant (9 month FTC)

Siemens Grid Software is currently recruiting for an Interim Accountant opportunity to join our Energy services business based in Nottingham for a period of 9 months. This role will work closely with the wider finance team & provide opportunities in a range of topics to support the business.

You will make a difference by: Perform month-end reporting & analysis in line with internal timetables.Responsible for making assigned month-end journal postings and submissions.Preparation of inputs for the annual tax pack process & RIC ControlsSupport in process improvement initiatives across the wider finance teamAid the annual budget & forecast processProviding guidance & support training on topics within the team You will build on your existing expertise, including: Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent / Part Qualified with relevant experienceStrong knowledge of SAP & ExcelSelf motivated & adaptable approach Excellent communication skills. Ability to effectively work independently as well as within teamsAdaptable & flexible approach to work
