Manage intercompany transactions and investigate out of balance items (within Dodge and also with RBC entities) Monitor aged intercompany invoices with the international locations Balance the cockpit in Tagetik Intercompany account reconciliations Lead for internal and external audit requests Process any changes to narratives and matrices (SOX Internal Controls) Commissions and annual sales bonus accrual Cross train on treasury (cash forecast, resolving payment issues with customers, approving wires/payments) Approve AP check runs

 

Job Requirements

BS/BA in accounting or finance from an accredited university 10+ years of general accounting experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry SOX/Internal controls experience preferred Intermediate skill level of Microsoft Excel SAP experience a plus Confidentiality concerning commissions/sales bonus Strong interpersonal skills that can confidently interact with all positions within the company Clear and concise oral and written communication skills
