Primary Purpose of the Role

Achieving Excellence: Ensure our contracts meet KPIs and deliver outstanding client satisfaction across financial, data, and risk management aspects. Financial Mastery: Manage or assist with accounting functions, including cash flow, transactions, accounts payable/receivable, audits, and comprehensive reporting. Seamless Transactions: Process payment claims for supplier reimbursements efficiently. Team Leadership: Provide support and guidance to our accounts/finance team, fostering a collaborative environment. Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and colleagues, participating actively in meetings. Safety Compliance: Ensure all stakeholders adhere to OHS&E policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Experience
What You Bring to the Table:
Experience: At least 3 years in accounting/finance, with a preference for experience in property and/or facilities management. Technical Skills: Proficiency in AP systems, from raising purchase orders to invoice matching and payment. Financial Acumen: Expertise in managing financials on an accrual basis, including detailed monthly report analysis. Business Insight: Strong business planning skills and high-level financial knowledge. Analytical Ability: Capability to understand, interpret, and report on property-related information and trends. Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail. Time Management: Outstanding ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines. Continuous Improvement: A driven mindset focused on delivering top-quality service. Relationship Building: Talent for developing positive, lasting business relationships at all levels. Team Player: Proven ability to work effectively within a team and interact with colleagues at various levels. Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Word, Excel, and Outlook, with intermediate to advanced Excel capabilities. CMMS Knowledge: Experience with systems like Manhattan and Pinnacle is a plus. Positive Attitude: A proactive, "Can-Do" approach to work.
Essential Qualifications:
Education: Tertiary qualifications in accounting, finance, or a related field. Systems Expertise: Proficiency in financial information systems/applications.
Desirable Qualifications:
Professional Development: Membership or progress towards membership in CA, CPA, or ICCA.
