What you'll do...
Accurately prepare and post journal entries Prepare account reconciliations and supporting schedules Assist in the timely month-end and year-end close of the general ledger and related external audits Support month-end financial reporting including following up on variances, data analysis, and account review Create accurate and concise verbal and written communications to internal departments and external business partners about accounting-related information Maintain secure control of accounting-related documentation; invoices, checks, journal entries, financial statements Participate in special projects individually or as part of a cross-functional team Maintain accurate job aids for all duties assigned
What you'll need...
Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in accounting or related field of study Two (2) years of accounting experience Microsoft Excel skills to include the ability to create spreadsheets (e.g., formulas such as V-lookup, graphs, pivot tables) Excellent verbal and written skills necessary in order to communicate intricate job-related processes to internal customers Proven analytical problem solver Ability to utilize business sense and creativity to develop new ideas and solutions Organizational skills including the ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision

SAP experience CPA license
