Review fixed assets clearing account in Oracle.
Ensure accurate and timely recording of fixed asset addition, transfer, and disposal/retirement in the fixed assets accounting system (Oracle).
Track projects build out costs in fixed assets clearing account, and lead to close out to asset addition once the project is completed.
Reconcile fixed asset subsidiary ledger against general ledger balances.
Prepare and verify accuracy of journal entries and supporting documents.
Review and update schedules of fixed assets and accumulated depreciation.
Conduct account analysis as requested by management.
Prepare audit schedules relating to fixed assets.
Track company capital expenditures for fixed assets in comparison to approved capital budget.
Prepare and consolidate monthly capex and roll forward reports
Review account reconciliations for leases
Prepare annual Tax and Insurance reports for fixed assets
Make judgment call on when to escalate delays or issues
Required skills: Bachelor of Science in Accountancy graduate is requiredExperience in general accounting or fixed assets accounting with at least one (1) year work experienceOutstanding analytical and evaluation skills with attention to details.Excellent English communication skills both oral and written.Nice to have skills:Experience working in a BPO or Shared ServicesExperience in working with a US or multinational companyKnowledge in MS Excel macro programmingKnowledge in Power BIShift schedule: 3pm to 12mnWork set-up: Indefinite WAH
