Description We are seeking an Entry Level Accountant to support our financial department by managing daily accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will have a head for numbers, experience with MS Excel, and strong analytical skills. The Entry Level Accountant will need to demonstrate the ability to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced office environment. Key Responsibilities: + Assisting with the preparation of financial statements. + Maintaining company ledgers and daily financial transactions. + Implementing bookkeeping and accounting principles. + Process accounts payable/receivable invoices in a timely manner. + Completing bank reconciliations by the end of each month. + Developing monthly financial statements that include Cash Flow, Profit and Loss, and Balance Sheets. + Assist in year-end closing and audits. Qualifications: + Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field. + Understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). + Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). + Strong mathematical and analytical skills. + Strong attention to detail and good business judgement. + Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills. + An ability to meet tight deadlines.
