This is a hybrid position requiring in-office presence on Mondays and Tuesdays at our Eden Prairie, MN, location.

Responsibilities:
Drive daily operations by executing tasks related to the general ledger with precision and efficiency
Support the month-end closing process by preparing thorough account reconciliations, ensuring a seamless and accurate financial reporting cycle
Maintain meticulous records of all financial transactions, analyzing accounting activities to provide insights for informed decision-making
Ensure internal controls are robust and effective, supporting the organization's commitment to financial integrity
Champion compliance by diligently following standard operating procedures, guaranteeing the organization's financial practices meet regulatory requirements
Collaborate with external auditors, assisting with audit requests and ensuring a smooth audit process
Coordinate accounting matters with peers and respond to queries from the network, offering expert guidance and innovative solutions
Contribute to comprehensive financial reporting by assisting in the preparation of reports such as balance sheets and profit and loss statements
Ensure financial statements are accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory standards, supporting the organization's commitment to transparency and accountability
Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of programs
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Oracle Financials Cloud and other cloud-based Oracle solutions
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Accountability to protect organization's value by keeping information confidential
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
Ability to work well within a team

Compensation Range
$57,100.00 - $89,100.00The base pay range displayed on the job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for this specific location.
