For our Company Management department (fiduciary services), we're currently looking for an Accountant. You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and accounting tasks for companies (SPV’s) active in the real estate sector (mainly letting out of offices, logistics buildings and retail spaces and real estate development). Let’s meet some colleagues and understand what they like about working at CBRE : Youtube Video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GqdZaClm\_Ps) **What’s in it for you?** + Review and validate daily cash receipts/cash management process ensuring accuracy and on time completion: booking of the suppliers’ and customer invoices, bank statements, miscellaneous operations (deferrals, accruals, amortizations, …) + To assist with the preparation of month-end and year-end financial reports and other reporting + To assist with the preparation of periodical VAT-returns + Assist with the annual audits + Provide responsive service to clients and other stake holders **Let’s talk about you** + You hold a Bachelor’s degree in economics or equivalent experience + You have a first experience in accounting + A good knowledge of Excel is a must + Previous experience with Yardi and/or BOB is a plus + You are fluent in either French or Dutch with a good level of the other language.
