We are proud to offer you our total rewards package which includes bonuses, healthcare, insurance benefits, retirement programs, wellness programs, as well as service and performance awards – not to mention various social and recreational activities, all of which are location specific. **What you will do** + Perform Account Reconciliation for assigned entities. + Investigate and resolve unsupported balances. + Provide support to business on request related to journal/recon backups. + Escalate any unusual activity or aged items to management which enables a proactive response to potential risks and related losses. + Financial Statement analysis. + Prepare journal entries calculations. + Perform month end closing process and any request as necessary + Comply with Corporate accounting policies, US and local GAAP. + Performs other related work to accounting cycle. **What you need** + Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business or related field + MS Office Suite + Intermediate excel level (pivot table, formulas, charts) + Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish. + SAP, Oracle or QAD systems knowledge is a big plus + 2-3 years of relevant working experience in a finance/accounting function in matrixed international company (preferably American or Multinational company) with complex reporting practices and with exposure to various reporting systems + Experience of working in a shared service center across a global /large organization will be an added advantage Stryker is a global leader in medical technologies and, together with its customers, is driven to make healthcare better.
