Description Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Accountant to join a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment. This contract-to-permanent opportunity is ideal for candidates eager to make a meaningful impact while expanding their professional skills. As an Accountant, you'll play a critical role in maintaining financial integrity by managing reports, records, and general ledgers, as well as performing essential bookkeeping tasks. Key Responsibilities: + Manage the accurate processing of both incoming and outgoing mail, including interoffice communications. + Reconcile procurement card transactions with precision and timeliness. + Record daily and monthly revenue entries efficiently and accurately. + Deposit and post checks while ensuring compliance with accounting standards. + Lead special Excel or PowerPoint projects that support departmental and organizational initiatives. + Contribute to month-end processes, including preparing significant journal entries. + Reconcile daily cash and credit card deposits to maintain accurate records. + Assist with payroll-related tasks, including managing withholding accounts. + Perform accounts receivable collections and maintain an updated billing system. + Support the team lead with additional tasks and special projects as needed.
