This is an excellent opportunity to join the team at a family-owned company with a great employee culture. + Direct hire, permanent role + Salary: $70,000-$80,000 + bonus potential + Fully onsite role + Schedule: 7:00am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday + Great benefits including 100% employer paid medical **Summary** + Complete account review and month-end close processes for three companies. + Develop and process general ledger journal entries as needed, including maintenance and reconciliation of intercompany allocations. Develop/maintain periodic allocations for prepaid expenses across all companies/plants. + Complete monthly bank reconciliations for multiple accounts/companies. Input and verify entry of manual checks and deposits in general ledger. + Maintain and verify fixed assets and associated depreciation schedules. + Maintain and renew corporate business licenses for all companies at municipal and state levels + Maintain integrity of databases for rates and costs by vendor. + Manage periodic physical inventory valuations at plant levels. + Coordinate support/operational status of all IT programs (upgrades, renewals, support). + Support and coordinate year-end close with outside CPA. + Provide support and continuous education of our accounting processes to owners / managers. + Provide general administrative support to the management team as needed. + Other related duties as assigned. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field + Minimum 4 years of experience in corporate accounting and financial reporting. + Knowledge of basic accounting principles, general ledger reconciliation, and financial reporting.
