Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Accountant in the Non-Profit sector, based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The selected candidate will be instrumental in executing various accounting functions and utilizing accounting software systems while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities: • Utilize Accounting Software Systems for accurate financial management and reporting • Perform accounting functions including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) • Conduct regular auditing to ensure financial compliance and accuracy • Maintain and manage ADP - Financial Services for streamlined financial operations • Execute Cl Programming for efficient system operations • Utilize Concur for travel and expense management • Implement ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for integrated business process management • Maintain Balance Sheet Account for accurate financial status reporting • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary • Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently Requirements • Must possess proficiency in Accounting Software Systems • Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is required • Experience in Cl Programming is necessary • Need to have knowledge and experience in using Concur • Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is essential • Must have a thorough understanding of Accounting Functions • Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) is required • Must have experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) • Prior experience in Auditing is a must • Must have experience in managing Balance Sheet Accounts Robert Half puts you in the best position to succeed by advocating on your behalf and promoting you to employers.
