Description Growing company in Bensalem is seeking an Accountant for a long-term temporary engagement. This role has the potential to become a permanent role for the right person. This position is 100% on site, and the hours are 7:30am - 4pm with either 1 hour or 30 minutes for lunch. This opportunity requires someone with experience using Sage and Excel. In this role you will manage the day to day tasks in a busy accounting department, including but not limited to: logging cash using Sage, working with COIs, reconciliation work, light cost accounting, month end and working with invoices. General Ledger work experience and strong experience with Journal Entries is required. This position will start immediately. Requirements • Candidate must possess a minimum of 2 years of detail oriented experience in an Accountant role or similar. • Proficiency with Accounting Software Systems is required. • Familiarity with Concur software is beneficial. • Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is necessary. • Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions is essential. • Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is expected. • Auditing skills are an important aspect of this role. • Ability to manage and maintain Balance Sheet Accounts is necessary. • Proficiency with Sage Accounting Software is a must. • Experience with Sage 100 is highly beneficial.
