ROLE SUMMARY
The Accountant is responsible for supporting the finance function by providing the relevant Head Office with timely and accurate reporting.

ROLE PROFILE

Appraise, evaluate, and inventory property and equipment, and records description, value, location, and other informationPerform daily, weekly and monthly sales reconciliations; receiving sales invoices and files, tracking changes, and reconciling with various stakeholdersControl on a monthly basis the Petty Cash Ensure the preparation of statutory accounts Prepare the monthly management report (Financial result) in an accurate and timely mannerReview the payroll pre-process and process the monthly card for staff salaries, full and final settlements and inter-company / head office transfersPrepare balance sheet, profit and loss statement, amortization and depreciation schedules, fixed asset register and other financial reportsPerform daily, weekly and monthly sales reconciliations; receiving sales invoices and files, tracking changes, and reconciling with various areas

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

Minimum Qualifications/education

Bachelor of Finance, Business Administration or Commerce

 

Minimum experience

0-2 years in a similar position
