Job Concepts Function of Work: To serve as chief financial officer for a state agency. Level of Work: Administrator. Supervision Received: Generally from a Deputy Undersecretary or other high-level administrator. Supervision Exercised: Generally over at least two professional accountant positions. Agency hierarchy and reporting relationships will also be considered when making allocations at this level. Location of Work: May be used by all state agencies.
