Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Accountant - Entry Level based in Woodland Hills, California. In this role, the successful candidate will be tasked with various accounting functions, including account coding, using accounting software systems, and handling account reconciliations. You will be operating within a dynamic workplace where you will be utilizing a range of skills from account analysis to ERP solutions. Responsibilities: • Utilize accounting software systems to maintain accurate financial records • Handle account coding tasks with a high level of precision • Perform account analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data • Manage account reconciliation tasks to ensure all financial transactions are recorded correctly • Ensure the accuracy of accounting entries and rectify any discrepancies • Use Dynamics NAV for efficient management of financial tasks • Leverage Adobe Acrobat for document management and data sharing • Execute accounting functions in compliance with industry standards • Handle Accounts Payable (AP) efficiently and accurately • Utilize ERP solutions for streamlined financial operations.
