Description We are on the lookout for a part time entry-level Accountant to become an integral part of our team in Lockport, New York. This role entails handling customer credit applications with precision, ensuring accurate customer credit records, and addressing customer inquiries. Additionally, you will be tasked to monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions. Responsibilities: • Effectively manage customer credit applications • Maintain precise customer credit records • Address and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner • Keep a keen eye on customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary • Ensure accurate account coding • Proficiently use accounting software systems • Utilize Adobe Acrobat and Dynamics NAV as needed • Implement ERP solutions effectively • Perform account analysis and accounting entries • Carry out accounting functions and account reconciliation • Manage accounts payable (AP) efficiently.
