Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc, a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented Accountant III based at our Greenville, NC location.  

   

What you will do:  

Customer Invoicing & Accounts Payable: Manage invoicing across business channels, oversee the Accounts Payable Help Desk, resolve supplier inquiries, and ensure accurate disbursements. 

Financial Management: Administer expense management systems, and expense allocation. 

Reconciliation & Reporting: Perform supplier statement reconciliations, analyze duplicate payments, reconcile balance sheets, and develop monthly financial reports. 

Process Improvement & IT Collaboration: Identify efficiency improvements, evaluate metrics, and work closely with IT to resolve system-related issues affecting invoicing and financial operations.

What you will need:  

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred. A BS degree is required with no experience, or a 2-year degree with 7 years of experience, or a high school diploma with 10 years of experience. 

Experience: Relevant accounting and financial operations experience based on education level. 

 

Skills, Experience & Abilities        

Strong working knowledge of accounting processes and financial reporting. 

Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage projects and mentor team members. 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders. 

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. 

Ability to work with financial and tax software systems (SAP, Concur, SRM, PRMS, NOMS, PDC, etc.). 

Strong analytical skills and the ability to problem solve.
