Main tasks and responsibilities:

Governance and accountability for journal entries booking in general ledger, accounts payable, travel expenses, account reconciliation, intercompany processes, fixed assets, wages and salaries, VAT, and all other accounting related matters.

Preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules for internal and external purposes.  Lead the monthly US GAAP closing.

Partner with Finance Manager and external Tax consultants on local statutory requirements and reporting and tax matters to ensure accurate financial statements

Preparing, in cooperation with external Tax consultant, periodical tax requirements.

Preparation of monthly sales reports

Other Functions: treasury, HR administration, petty cash management.

Job Profile

Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.

A proven experience in taking active accountability for own workload.

Attentive to details to ensure compliance and accurate reporting.

Spanish native language, fluency in English mandatory

Experience of working with tight deadlines

Advance knowledge in Excel. SAPB1 knowledge a plus.

Experience matured in multinational companies is an advantage
