Tasks:
Assist management in its daily accounting and financial responsibilitiesMaintain general accounting and be the contact person for the shared service center on the accounting/finance sideCarry out a monthly review of accounts (balance sheet / charges) and carry out consistency analyzesPrepare current tax declarations (VAT, Income Tax, etc.)To be familiar with the AEAT mail boxSupport monthly closing tasks-Prepare weekly documentation to be treated in the bankSupport Shared Service Center with reporting packages, balance sheet and accounting annexesActively participate in the implementation of a new accounting and management toolUnderstand and study the financial and accounting processes of the new toolTest processes, report and participate in problem resolutionParticipation in data migration management in collaboration with other financial servicesMonitor customer collections in collaboration with the shared service and managementParticipate in internal and external auditsEnsure the proper application of existing rules and proceduresQualifications:
Experience: minimum from 5 to 10 years in general accountingQualification: Masters Degree in Economics, Business Administration or equivalent.Broad knowledge of IFRS, PGC accounting standardsDeep knowledge of SAP and MS ExcelProficiency in Business EnglishProactive, autonomous and team playerDetail-minded accountingExcellent analytical skillsDesirable: experience in a consulting/audit firm
