Job DescriptionPerform recurring reconciliations, including: Received Not Vouchered (RNV), Cash (via Kyriba), Stripe (payment processing), Return to Vendor (RTV), and other assigned accounts.Manage order clearing process, ensuring timely clearing of retail and wholesale transactions.Support Master Data Management (MDM) updates and maintenance.Collaborate with North America–based team members to ensure month-end and quarter-end close deadlines are met.Provide audit-ready documentation for reconciliations and journals.Participate in ad-hoc projects and provide transactional support as requested.

Qualifications

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.2–4 years of accounting experience (shared services or multinational company experience preferred).Solid understanding of account reconciliations and journal entries.Strong Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, XLOOKUPs).Ability to manage recurring deadlines with high accuracy.Clear and proactive communication with global teams.

Preferred

Familiarity with U.S. GAAP.Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).Retail or manufacturing accounting experience.Exposure to audit support and internal controls.Sustainability accounting knowledge a plus.
