Accounting Administrative Assistant

A small wholesale distribution company is hiring an Accounting Assistant in Orlando, 32808. The position pays $20.00 and is a permanent role within the company. It offers full time hours and benefits.

About the position: Work in a small office environment with a welcoming team. Everyone assists each other and helps in other departments as needed. This role will focus on a mix between accounting clerk type duties and administrative duties. Assist with accounts receivable as it relates to sending invoices to clients and some basic front end client collections. Answer phones and provide receptionist support, track inventory and help with general inventory controls and management.

Minimum Requirements
2+ years of professional administrative experience
1+ basic accounting experience (AR or AP)
Intermediate computer skills
