Purpose of Role: The Finance & Admin Officer will collaborate closely with the Europe Finance team and the WBS (Shared Service) team to efficiently manage and execute all local finance and administrative activities.

Accounts Payable & Receivable: Handle invoice, payment, and statement reconciliation queries; manage non-standard bookings; assist with invoice authorization, account coding, and SAP vendor/customer master data; process daily customer cheque payments and issue invoices/credit notes.Credit Management: Liaise with the European Credit Team and customers on payment dates, invoice disputes, and credit insurance policy administration.Financial Reporting & Compliance: Support month-end reporting, expense reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance with company guidelines; prepare monthly Intrastat declarations and assist with annual audit and tax compliance.Administrative Support: Manage local car fleet, office leases/contracts, insurance tasks, and legal documents; support payroll postings and act as the primary contact for auditors and tax partners.Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviours in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
Finance & Admin Experience: Prior experience in finance and administration, with a preference for knowledge of French accounting rules.Language Proficiency: Native level French and intermediate level of spoken English.SAP Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP is advantageous.Must be permanently authorised to work in the country to which you are applying, without sponsorship.
