Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Administrator with a strong proficiency in QuickBooks to join our team.
The ideal candidate will assist with a variety of accounting tasks and contribute to the financial success of our business.
Responsibilities
+ Manage bank and credit card statements.
+ Handle payroll and billings.
+ Oversee accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R).
+ Post transactions and manage allocations.
+ Perform general ledger and journal entries.
+ Execute adjusting journal entries and reconciliations.
+ Prepare job cost reports and financial statements.
+ Complete month-end closing processes.
+ Conduct social media analysis.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in accounting, project accounting, and general ledger management.
+ Experience with reconciliation and month-end processes.
+ Skills in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and journal entries.
+ Ability to prepare financial statements.
+ Knowledge of H2B immigration hiring rules and compliance.
+ Familiarity with QuickBooks online and vendor compliance.
+ Experience in payroll and contract review.
+ Background in construction accounting and reporting.
+ Competence in invoicing, project management, and social media marketing.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred, or an Associate's degree with relevant accounting experience.
+ 3-5 years of accounting experience.
+ Construction experience is a plus.
+ Proficiency with QuickBooks (desktop) and MS Office products.
+ Familiarity with payroll entries.
+ Strong organizational skills.
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
+ High attention to detail.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Displays conscientiousness and a high level of effort.
+ Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize.
+ Demonstrates courtesy, tact, empathy, cooperation, and politeness.
Work Environment
+ The position is onsite, Monday through Friday.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
