Duration: 12 Months (high possibility for extension/conversion)
Our client, a large energy provider in Canada is looking for an Accounting Administrator for an initial 12-month contract, with high possibility of extension/conversion.
**This role is hybrid with 2 days in the office**
Responsibilities:
As a Accounting Administrator will be responsible for, but not limited to:  Responsible for timely processing and payment of invoices Effectively communicate with internal customers and team members Make recommendations for improvement to processes Perform Accounts Payable month-end procedures including account reconciliations and journal entries Ensure rush/priority pay and critical payments meet deadlines Timely response to internal inquiries and review of invoices in error to ensure timely payment Requirements: At least 2 years of relevant experience, and diploma/degree in Business Administration Prior experience in Oil and gas industry is an asset Knowledge of Open Invoice, SAP experience an asset Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills If you are interested & qualified for this opportunity, please send your updated resume in MS Word format to priyanka2@ifgpr.com.
