ACCOUNTING ADMINISTRATOR
PLYMOUTH, IN

 

As a member of the Finance team, the Accounting Administrator will be responsible for clerical and accounting duties within the finance department where the procedures and methods are routine in nature. This individual will also be responsible to interpret and process documentation, maintain ledger, and prepare financial statements.

 

The Role:

Your work will include, but not be limited to:

Perform routine clerical duties requiring the use of a variety of practices and procedures in general accounting, accounts payable or receivable and payroll. Work with Suppliers and reconcile Purchase Orders, Invoices and receivers and enter in QAD and COUPA Back up for payroll using Kronos system Support all company policies and regulations, which include EH&S, quality standard, and SOX. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Cycle count maintenance and reconciliations quarterly. Provide Support for Physical Inventory. Billing intercompany freight charges and other miscellaneous charges.

Your Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED. Preferred Associates Degree in Accounting   2-3 years’ experience in manufacturing/warehouse environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Suit Good written and verbal communication skills

 

Bonus If You Have:

 QAD knowledge & experience  Experience using PeopleSoft system  Experience using Kronos
