Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized, motivated individual with dynamic interpersonal skills. This individual will be an integral part of our accounting team responsible for accounts payables processes, cash receipts processing, journal entries, monthly reconciliations and reporting.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Process accounts payable invoices, manual cheques, and wire paymentsMaintain cash and cheque logsResearch and resolve accounts payable issues directly with vendors or accounts payable teamMaintain compliance with internal controlsPrepare journal entriesPrepare bank depositsPrepare petty cash floats and reconcile expensesSupport show accounting in compiling necessary show file documentationSupport booking department as requiredSupport festival accounting as requiredSkills & Qualities Desired:
