Your main responsibilities would be:● Monitoring of receivables management and the due dates of invoices and payment terms in SAP● Allocating of customer payments with related invoices in SAP● Daily checking payments and issuing necessary documents.● Processing credit notes and debit notes● Control of cash allocation and customer settlement for account reconciliation● Control and monitoring of overdue management (dunning process)● Monitoring of weekly internal reports● Researching and investigating discrepancies in invoices to determine the accuracy of charges with related credit notes or claims● Communicating other departments for customer claims and processing necessary documents● Handling customer inquiries regarding billing issues● Managing an Accounts Receivable ledger and Accounts Receivable files

What we expect:

● Excellent knowledge of German language (C1/C2)● Knowledge of English language would be an advantage● Prior experience in working in SAP is mandatory● Prior experience in accounting (basic knowledge of accounting is a minimum)● Good knowledge of Excel● Great analytical skills● Excellent attention to details
