We are seeking an experienced Accounting Advisory & Finance Transformation Senior Consultant or Manager with expertise in accounting advisory under IFRS to join our team.

Your Impact

As a integral member of our department, you will: 

Provide expert advice on IFRS accounting and reporting practices and principles. 

Play a critical role in developing and executing solutions to complex financial reporting issues.

Collaborate with other internal teams and clients to lead and contribute to finance and business transformation projects, including the optimization of accounting and financial reporting processes and the implementation of new accounting and financial reporting systems. 

Assist clients with the design and optimization of their consolidation process and tool selection, automation of corporate reporting (IFRS/GAAP) and non-financial reporting (ESG) 

About You

Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.

2 to 8 years of experience in accounting advisory or audit with a focus on IFRS.

Comprehensive knowledge of Belgian GAAP and IFRS.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient project management and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and specific financial accounting software.

Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.

Experience with ERP-systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dyn,...) and/or consolidation-EPM  tools is (Sigma-Prophix, Tagetik, Oracle- Hyperion, IBM Apollo,...) is an asset 

Proficiency in either Dutch or French, in addition to English, is required.
