**How you’ll make an Impact:**
+ Interact with customers for the quick retrieval of payment
+ Engage with customers on a timely basis, execute collection activities, reconcile and track daily/ monthly Accounts Receivable balance accounts with customer records; processing and generating reminder letters and monthly statements
+ Review, evaluate and calculate customer’s credit risk on an annual basis by using credit bureau data, public information, and internal data to ensure compliance as per policy; recommend and revise credit limits and payment terms as needed
+ Ensure timely cash application of customers payments; scrutinize underpayments and correlate the compensatory credits with corresponding promotional activities, pricing discrepancies, or disputes over quantity
+ Support Accounts Receivable operations ensuring compliance with relevant accounting principals and internal controller; ensure timely processing of customer refunds, credit notes and commission verifications
+ Participate in any process improvement related project
**What you'll need (Required):**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration, with 3 years of previous quote to cash experience Required
+ Master's Degree or equivalent 1 year of previous quote to cash experience Preferred
+ Experience working in a medical device and/ or manufacturing industry Preferred
**What else we look for (Preferred):**
+ Able to read, write, comprehend, and speak Spanish and Portuguese
+ Good analytical and problem solving skills
+ Good computer skills in MS Office Suite including Excel required; integrated systems (e.g., JDE) preferred
+ Excellent communication, interpersonal relationship, and negotiation skills
+ Knowledge of accounts payable process and/ or system (Coupa preferred)
+ Expertise in one or more functional areas and detailed knowledge of other areas impacted within the business
+ Full knowledge in MS Office Suite including Excel and integrated systems (e.g., JDE)
+ Strict attention to detail
+ Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels
+ Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
+ Must be able to work in a team environment, including the ability to manage vendors and stakeholders
+ Ability to build productive internal/external working relationships
+ Responsible for individual and collective team contributions.
+ Ability to provide suggestions based upon knowledge and analysis.
+ Ability to influence cross site activities.
+ May schedule the work of or coach others.
+ Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
+ Travel (day and overnight by car, air, train, etc.) will vary. Percentage of time is determined by Management
