The Accounting Analyst will perform various financial and budget analyses in the areas of profit planning, financial reporting, and taxation.

Essential Duties:

Compiles and analyzes financial information for the organization, such as gross margin analysis and project profitability Develops integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and ensures that financial information has been recorded accurately Identifies trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings to senior management Creates databases as needed for financial analysis Performs ad hoc analysis as needed May assist with month end tasks, which may include, but are not limited to journal entries, account reconciliations, and/or analysis Assists with annual audits as needed Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Minimum of two (2) years of experience in the financial analysis field, or performing related tasks Proficiency in Excel with the ability to use complex formulas and pivot tables
