This position is within the Imaging Division (ID) and provides consumer and commercial photographic products and services. The Accounting Analyst is responsible for the reconciliation and management of any system related invoicing and billing as it applies to Fujifilm Personalized Products Group’s (PPPG) production.  This includes shipping, invoicing, Fujifilm PPPG’s interface to SAP and engineering efforts.  Auditing of any pricing changes within the Fujifilm PPPG’s production system verifying correct customer pricing. The analyst will resolve, report, and elevate any issues as needed and ensure prompt resolution. The position will efficiently work as a member of the accounting team driving the values by ensuring that the company’s financial records are accurate and complete that will help drive Fujifilm’s business. This position reports to the Accounting Manager in Greenwood, SC.

 

FUJIFILM North America Corporation, a marketing subsidiary of FUJIFILM Holdings America Corporation, consists of six operating divisions. The Imaging Division provides consumer and commercial photographic products and services, including silver halide consumables; inkjet consumables; digital printing equipment, along with service and support; personalized photo products fulfillment; film; one-time-use cameras; and the popular INSTAX® line of instant cameras, smartphone printers, instant film, and accessories. The Electronic Imaging Division markets its GFX System and X Series lines of mirrorless digital cameras, lenses, and accessories to provide a variety of content creation solutions for both still and moving imagery. The Optical Devices Division provides optical lenses for the broadcast, cinematography, closed circuit television, videography, and industrial markets, and also markets binoculars and other optical imaging solutions. The Graphic Communication Division utilizes its extensive industry knowledge to develop fully supported traditional and digital print solutions for industries including commercial print, wide format, and packaging with its comprehensive line of digital inkjet presses, production toner printers, and software. The Industrial Products Division delivers new products derived from Fujifilm technologies including data storage tape products, including OEM and FUJIFILM Ultrium LTO cartridges, desalination solutions, microfilters and gas separation membranes. The Non-Destructive Testing Division delivers radiography solutions to ensure high accuracy inspection of transportation infrastructure, and assets within aerospace, and oil and gas industries.

 

FNAC-ID Personalized Photo Products Group (PPPG) now makes more than 450 personalized items (such as coffee mugs, posters, framed prints, canvas wall décor and more). PPPG provides a turnkey, back-end service of producing these items for a variety of retail and online customers.

Responsibilities

 

Third Party and Logistics InvoicesReconcile, analyze, and approve for signoff by Senior Management third party manufacturing invoices.Reconcile and approve logistics invoices for Fujifilm PPPG order fulfillment.Analyze shipping costs vs revenue and recommend adjustments to ensure profitability.

 

Fujifilm PPPG Customer InvoicingSAP invoice process monitoring, reconciliation, reporting and manage day to day issues.Respond to customer invoice requests/questions and resolve any issues as needed.

 

Purchasing Card ManagementManage credit card use, coding, reconciliation, and reporting within the System Engineering team as well as sample ordering by Fulfillment Management.Manage the accounting budget and ensure the teams are within budget.Monitor credit card expenses.

 

General Accounting Principles and PracticesManagement of vendor records and systems.Maintenance of accounting records including retrieval systems.Pay all vendor invoices on a weekly basis.Identify and implement solutions for account management related issues.Assist business with monthly accounting closeout as needed. Assist Fujifilm PPPG with additional accounting projects where appropriate for audit, tax or other business needs.

Required Skills/Education:

 

Degree – Accounting or equivalent work experience and accounting certification is required.3-5 years’ experience in accounting role, preferably in a manufacturing industry.Financial analysis skills and accounting knowledge required.Strong familiarity with audit practices.Strong arithmetic and analytical skills.Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel required. PowerPoint presentation skills helpful.Extremely organized, results-driven, and willing to escalate issues if necessary to achieve goals.Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal and written).Strong ability to adapt to change.Strong ability to build positive working relationships.

 

Desired Skills

 

Experience with SAP SoftwareDemonstrated project planning and project management skills.Individuals should possess excellent organizational skills as well as the ability to work closely with team members as well as internal and external customers and service providers.
