Standard job duties include:

Verify approval on all invoices and check requests in compliance with the corporate Authorized Approval Manual guidelines.Coding invoices across multiple brands and/or companies.Able to process and enter 300-500 invoices per week.Process accounts payable checks, as well as ACH payments. Match invoices to remittance and file.Maintains account payable vendor files.

Education & Experience:
