Description We are in search of an Accounting Analyst for our operations in Collierville, Tennessee. This role centers around the efficient and accurate processing of financial transactions, primarily focusing on invoices, expense reports, and payment requests. The position also involves maintaining vendor records and resolving any discrepancies that may come up. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Accurately processing invoices and expense reports • Promptly addressing and resolving any issues or discrepancies that arise in vendor records • Ensuring that payment requests are processed in a timely and accurate manner • Adhering to company policies and procedures when carrying out all accounting functions • Utilizing accounting software systems and enterprise resource planning tools effectively • Maintaining a thorough and accurate record of all transactions • Playing a pivotal role in auditing processes • Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable functions efficiently • Performing regular financial analysis and billing functions • Applying knowledge of financial services platforms like ADP and Ceridian, as well as Concur for expense management.
