Position Summary:

 

This is a dynamic role where you’ll be the heart of our operation, helping drive key business initiatives and financial projects. The position will oversee daily office operations, ensuring an organized and productive environment to support smooth work-flows and operational efficiency. Your organizational expertise and proactive approach will enable our leaders to focus on driving the company's success while maintaining a well-run office. Responsibilities

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Project Management:

Own & Execute Business Projects. Maintain project lists, track progress, and drive execution on ad hoc projects that impact company growth for Piada and affiliate businesses.Direct and coordinate activities to ensure projects progress on schedule and results meet objectives, milestones, and scope. Be the Ultimate Team Player by collaborating cross-functionally and provide strategic support to ensure the success of major company initiatives.Communicate status reports on project milestones, deliverables, risks and issues to senior management and key stakeholders.

Accounting/Finance:

Generate P&L and balance sheets for affiliated businesses.Provide key business data analysis to inform decision-making.A/P, A/R and payroll for affiliated organizations.

Administrative duties:

Prioritizes and manages requests from internal and external sources requiring attention.Oversee daily in-person office operations, ensuring a smooth and productive work environment.Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors and service providers to manage contracts and office supplies.Serve as a liaison between internal or external stakeholders.Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements:

Availability to work on-site from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.Confidentiality: Exhibit exceptional degree of confidentiality, discretion and integrity.You’re highly organized, thrive on juggling multiple projects, and love solving problems proactively.Knowledge of general financial accounting and cost accounting High level of integrity and dependabilityAnalytical Skills: Ability to analyze, interpret and present financial data.Time Management: Efficiently manage time to meet deadlines.Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in all administrative tasks.You can communicate with executives, vendors, and team members effortlessly.Computer Skills: Proficient in MS office software, particularly Excel. Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks. Notary: Currently licensed or can obtain a notary license.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.2-3 years finance/accounting experience. 1-2 years project management experience.
