Position Responsibilities:
Develop a comprehensive understanding of back-office operations and effectively execute daily controls.
Support daily production activities within operations, providing critical assistance to the team.
Collaborate with technical experts to design and improve automation processes for greater efficiency.
Assist in the preparation and compilation of management reporting decks.
Analyze and address complex operational challenges.
Gain hands-on experience with Power Apps and other major ABOR platforms.
Required Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related fields; actively pursuing CPA designation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform tools, including PowerApps, Power BI, and Power Automate.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Preferred: Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
