Summary: The Analyst will be instrumental in enhancing business processes and driving operational excellence across the North America Shared Services organization. This role leverages analytical and continuous improvement methodologies to identify, develop, and implement solutions that improve performance and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: * Accounting Analyst/Process Improvements will analyze data and apply CI methodologies to identify and implement process improvements * Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions with cross-functional teams, including onshore and offshore partners * Present project proposals and updates to leadership, including risk assessments and mitigation plans * Develop and manage implementation plans with clear objectives and performance indicators * As an Accounting Analyst/Process Improvements, you will coordinate resources and secure stakeholder commitment for change initiatives * Collaborate with leadership to ensure alignment with strategic goals * Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and sustainability of implemented solutions
