We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounting Analyst with proficiency in Italian, Polish and English languages to join and expand our PTP (Procure-to-Pay) team at Conduent.

The duties will include:

\n\n Prepare payment proposals based on the payment calendar for outside suppliers and intercompany suppliers.\n Block documents/suppliers in the payment proposal based on requests from the business and other teams and share an email with the SME for the payment run.\n Create payment proposals based on express payment requests.\n Track payments to ensure that the proposals created are completed and approved.\n Identify supplier rejections, refunds, or direct debits based on CIT postings and transfer them to the supplier account.\n Share proof of payments with requestors.\n Provide SOX samples based on audit requests.\n Share Manual Journal Entry (MJE) samples with requestors.\n Prepare the aging report and share it with the business unit.\n Post customer compensations based on requests.\n Monitor rejections, send documents for reversal, and update suppliers in the rejection file.\n Send stop payment requests to the Treasury team based on requests from various teams.\n Post one-time vendor liabilities based on Tomas' request and prepare payment proposals.\n Conduct late payment analysis and share the report with the invoicing team.\n\n

We are looking for candidates with:

\n\n 1-2 years of experience in payment proposals preparation\n Professional level of Italian, Polish and English language (at least B2)\n Payment process knowledge\n SAP system knowledge\n Strong communication skills both in written and oral\n Experience in month end closing activities\n Good analytical, problem solving and reporting skills.\n Proficient in MS office tools, especially in Excel & Power Point\n Process Improvement / Innovation / Transformation experiences\n Knowledge in creating process maps and training manuals\n\n
