We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounting and Administration Process Expert with proficiency in Italian language to join and expand our OTC (Order to Cash) team at Conduent.

\n

The duties will include:

\n\n Dealing with enquiries received via email from customers\n Verification of documents accuracy and completeness received from customers\n Performing the analysis of the data received from the Client\n Issuing debit and credit notes\n Reporting analysis needed for invoicing process\n Reconciliation of ecobonus incentives with the data received from the Client\n SLA Assurance\n Handling of operational escalation received by Team Leader / Supervisor \n Quality troubleshoots\n Preparation of operational reviews and providing feedback\n Strong interactions with local Dealers and Sales Department\n\n

We are looking for candidates with:

\n\n Professional level of Italian and English language (at least B2)\n At least 1-2 years’ experience in Accounting / Administration area preferably in OTC (Order to Cash)\n Good knowledge of SAP system, MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, \n Experience in a similar position and interest in automotive industry would be an asset\n\n
