We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounting and Administration Process Expert with proficiency in Italian language to join and expand our OTC (Order to Cash) team at Conduent. **The duties will include:** + Dealing with enquiries received via email from customers + Verification of documents accuracy and completeness received from customers + Performing the analysis of the data received from the Client + Issuing debit and credit notes + Reporting analysis needed for invoicing process + Reconciliation of ecobonus incentives with the data received from the Client + SLA Assurance + Handling of operational escalation received by Team Leader / Supervisor + Quality troubleshoots + Preparation of operational reviews and providing feedback + Strong interactions with local Dealers and Sales Department **We are looking for candidates with:** + Professional level of Italian and English language (at least B2) + At least 1-2 years’ experience in Accounting / Administration area preferably in OTC (Order to Cash) + Good knowledge of SAP system, MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, + Experience in a similar position and interest in automotive industry would be an asset **What we offer:** + Competitive salary and bonus program + Employment contract + Remote work/hybrid model + Full time Monday to Friday (without night shifts) + Good opportunities to develop professional career + Work in dynamic international environment + Daily contact with foreign clients + Access to comprehensive learning, training and development via our extensive Global learning platform.
