We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Accounting and Payroll Assistant to join a luxury travel concierge service company. The ideal candidate will provide support to our client's accounting and payroll departments by performing various administrative tasks and ensuring accurate financial records.

Responsibilities

Assist with the preparation of financial documents such as invoices, bills, and bank statements. Process payroll transactions including timesheets, bonuses, and deductions. Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, vacation, and sick leave. Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve any issues in a timely manner. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Support the accounting team in data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks. Collaborate with HR department to ensure compliance with payroll regulations and policies. Assist with year-end financial audits and tax preparations. Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters with professionalism and confidentiality. Stay updated on relevant accounting and payroll laws, regulations, and best practices.
