What can you expect?

In the Captive Operations Group we are responsible for accounting, regulatory compliance and administrative functions for a portfolio of captive insurance companies and other clients.

We will count on you to:

Perform various accounting activities including: cash and investment accounts reconciliation, preparation of bank deposits and cash disbursements, performing intercompany reconciliations, valuations of assets, accruals and prepayments calculation, Premiums and claims tracking and reconcilingFinancial statements preparing for mid-sized clients (based on IFRS)Support audit for clientsPrepare regulatory filingsEnsure on-going compliance with domicile insurance regulationsMaintain client and office databasesInvestigate outstanding issues on client accounts and contacting with clients as needed

What you need to have:

Min. 3 years of professional experience related to finance or auditingMA or BA degree in Finance, Accounting or EconomicsExcellent command of English and PolishProficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel (formulas and data analysis)Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with a strong attention to detailOutstanding interpersonal and communication skillsCritical thinking and problem solvingOpen mindset towards change and engagement for continuous improvement

Prior accounting experience gained in accounting office / insurance company or FSI auditACCA/CIMA/CPA qualified or part qualifiedCommunicative French (B1)US GAAP knowledge
