As a Accounting and Reporting Supervisor you will be responsible for accounting, regulatory compliance and administrative functions for a portfolio of captive insurance companies and other clients.

We will count on you to:
Prepare financial statements under local GAAP in an accurate and timely manner for portfolio of clients
Reconcile and post insurance transitions
Track and post claim activity
Valuate Investment portfolio
Assist in annual audits for clients
Assist in regulatory filings: local , Solvency II
Maintain client files in accordance with the Marsh standard filing system
Maintain client contact as needed
Assist in preparing materials for board meetings
What you need to have:
Min. 3 years of professional experience related to finance / accounting / controllership gained in insurance / brokerage or auditing company
MA or BA degree
Fluency in English
Ability to meet tight deadlines
Multitasking
Responsibility
Excellent planning and organization skills
Openness for new challenges
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and with external clients
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including MS Excel (formulas and data analysis)
Critical thinking and problem solving
Initiative and persistence to pursue problems to resolution
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

ACCA/CIMA/CPA qualified or part qualified
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills in prioritizing work, multi-tasking and consistently meeting deadlines
