An Accounting Assistant-Collection is responsible for assisting with the operations of the Accounting and Finance Department with regards to its day-to-day tasks. The responsibilities are as follows:

Collection

Collection of A/R plus some accounting tasks like internal reports & S3P Related Accounts Monitoring. Preparing of Invoices/Billing Statements/Statement of Accounts/Letter Bill Following up collection of clients’ payables Safekeeping of all accountable forms: Blank & used SI/BS/OR/CR Monitoring of billings/collections and overall project of clients Issuance of Official Receipts

Accounting

Recording of revenue from Sales Invoice & Billing Statements Recording of cost through accrual of cost if not yet billed by supplier but already billed to Client Recording of collection from Collection Receipts/Official Receipts Recording of expenses from liquidation
