Description We are offering a contract-to-hire employment opportunity for an Accounting Assistant in Franklin, Ohio, United States. The ideal candidate will have accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and payroll operations on Paycor for limited staff. Responsibilities: • Entering purchase order, new orders from vendors, and creating invoices, • Communicate with truck drivers, warehouse and OSHA occasionally. • Manage the general ledger, ensuring all financial data is accurate. • Handle domestic payroll operations for a few contract employees by entering them into Paycor, • Responsible for scheduling deliveries of incoming raw materials and trucks for outside material.
